Out of Gauge Cargo / Abnormal Loads
Our abnormal load service
can supply various flat bed trailers, low loaders, and extendable trailers
to accommodate your particular freight, and will manage the entire movement
of Heavy or out of gauge freight throughout the UK or Europe. Our
Vehicles range from 20ft flat bed rigids to tractor/trailer combinations
to accommodate loads up to 150 tonnes.
We will manage the entire
transport operation on your behalf dealing with permits, escorts, surveys,
packing, craneage, lashing, securing and will provide all necessary securing
equipment such as timbers, dunnage, chains, and sheets. More importantly,
the price we give is a total price for the full transportation operation
from start to finish, we will not add any extra charges en route, once
a job has been accepted. Please contact us

In the picture above left, two 50 ton power
presses are being shipped to Detroit. In the other picture a 170 ton power
press was being loaded on a ship destined for Shanghai - using the ship's
own crane at Immingham.
